Accessibility

What we have built in

• Semantic HTML throughout, so screen readers announce headings, lists, tables and forms correctly.
• Full keyboard operation. Every menu, filter, gallery and dialog can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus outline.
• Text contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA against its background.
• Descriptive alternative text on images, and property photographs labeled with the address they show.
• Property status is always stated in words — 'Active', 'Pending', 'Sold' — never by color alone.
• Form fields have real, permanently visible labels, and errors are announced rather than only shown in red.
• Motion respects your system's reduce-motion setting; with it on, animations do not run.
• Layouts reflow down to 320px and up to large desktop displays without horizontal scrolling.

Third-party content

Some parts of this site display content from other companies — notably the MLS search, which is provided by FlexMLS, and the map tiles, which come from OpenStreetMap. We do not control how those are built. If you hit a barrier in one of them, call us and a person will simply do the search with you.

Housing accessibility

Separately from this website, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania all require housing providers to consider reasonable accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities. The requirement and the form differ by state; we will give you the one that applies where your property is.
