I since recommended her highly to other friends who were in the process of either selling, buying, or renting their apt/home on Bay Street Landing or elsewhere on the island.
Anise was totally professional from the first day: sending us more and more potential clients and when we finally found the right one, her involvement from getting together the very complicated board package to the day of our closing – everything went extremely smoothly. I’ve tried listing my apartment with other agencies and I have been through everything from (no one interested) to (undesirable potential tenants). I was giving up hope and was going to let my apartment remain vacant. I had stumbled upon an add in  the S.I Advance for apartment listings and one Agent stuck out to me because she had many apartments listed under her and I had seen her name before. I gave her a call and I’m so glad I did. Not only did she find me amazing tenants (that I hope never move), but my apartment was listed for 1 day!!! Yes 1 day! and I had qualified
