Maria started her career as an event planner for a professional association. Then moved into a clubhouse manager role for an active adult community. She also worked for the Linden Board of Education and is currently working for Merck and Co.
All these positions have prepared her to be keenly aware of people’s needs. Maria’s passion for pleasing has instilled in her the need to provide outstanding customer service. Cecilia Aweeky, who was born in Brooklyn NY, moved to Staten Island in 1991, just one year after obtaining her Real Estate Sales Person license in 1990.
As of 2004, she furthered her real estate career by also obtaining a Brokers license. Coming from a strong sales background in various businesses since 1978, Cecilia has always enjoyed helping people, especially when it came to helping them find the home of their dreams! After years of working for large real estate companies, Cecilia took a break from the real estate business to dedicate her time to her growing family, but is now ready to rejoin the world of real estate which she loves.

Cheryl Adamousky came to M.Donato & Company with over 20 years of experience as an appraiser and seasoned Real Estate Agent.
At the beginning of her career, she was a Pre-School teacher who loved the rewarding experience of teaching children at such a young, developmental age. She would often converse with the parents of her students about raising children in todays’ environment, the school systems, and various places that are wonderful for raising a family. After spending over 20 years in Brooklyn, Cheryl decided to move to NJ and in 2001 she began working as an appraiser for a Real Estate Broker.
Learning the business as an appraiser, she started to gain an interest in the other aspects of what goes into buying and selling a home. She was urged by her former employer to obtain her Real Estate License, so she decided it was time to venture out, expand her knowledge and became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
“My time being an appraiser was wonderful and I feel it gave me quite an edge in being an Agent. I continue to appraise homes, but now I can additionally help people find their perfect new home, or, get them the best price possible if they are looking to sell. I don’t look at what I do as simply building a business, I look at it as building relationships with my clients. That alone is rewarding and satisfying knowing that I can help someone achieve their dream of home ownership.”
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Robert graduated from Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge and attended Pace University in Westchester where he obtained a degree in Finance. Robert worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for 10 years prior to making the switch to sales. For the past 13 years, Robert has worked in alcoholic beverage sales, selling fine wines and beer. His years in both finance and sales have allowed Robert to become an active listener who is able to determine exactly what the customer is looking for. He carries this into the field of real estate as a Licensed Salesperson. Robert has lived on Staten Island for the past 15 years in the Silver Lake area with his wife, son and dog.
Camille Polizzi was born in Brooklyn and moved to Staten Island in 2005. She attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and graduated with her degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising. She went on to have a successful 17-year sales career in the industry. After the birth of her second child, she took a brief hiatus. When she decided to return to the market place, She found herself having a new passion, Real Estate. Her sales background made it an easy transition for her. Her work in sales has taught her the importance of customer service, communication, follow-up and product knowledge. She believes the customer’s needs always come first!
Ceasar Bagui is a licensed real estate salesperson and a native Staten Islander. He has been in the real estate industry for 15 years in commercial leasing. As a commercial leasing agent, he has closed notable deals with companies like Gilt Groupe, Linkedin, and Time Warner Cable. He has also project managed multi million dollar commercial build outs, which has given him a good understanding of construction and a unique edge. He has learned that the most important part about the real estate industry is to listen to your clients, and to always keep their best interest in mind.
Denise is a Native Staten Islander and loves being in New York. She was a Teacher’s Assistant for the Board Of Education for over 16 years. During the course of her life, Denise has purchased a few homes and through experiencing this process, she wanted to explore becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
While on another journey in her life she realized how much she benefits and flourishes helping others to achieve their dreams. Lauren Wall was born and raised in Staten Island and now lives in Edison, NJ. She has been a receptionist for other companies, and has been a member of the M. Donato team since 2016.
