Cecilia Aweeky, who was born in Brooklyn NY, moved to Staten Island in 1991, just one year after obtaining her Real Estate Sales Person license in 1990.
As of 2004, she furthered her real estate career by also obtaining a Brokers license. Coming from a strong sales background in various businesses since 1978, Cecilia has always enjoyed helping people, especially when it came to helping them find the home of their dreams! After years of working for large real estate companies, Cecilia took a break from the real estate business to dedicate her time to her growing family, but is now ready to rejoin the world of real estate which she loves.

Born in Brooklyn, I have always had a love for RE. Driving around I would regularly point out vacant apartments and homes for sale. Now that 20 years of living on SI passed, I feel like a native here. Working for M.Donato & Co., I have successfully done RE for nearly 5 years now both on SI and in Brooklyn. I work easily with both sellers and buyers. For listings, I have proven to work well with buyers and their brokers to ensure that all who want see the listing do. Valerie Lopiano has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for over 10 years, obtaining her license in 2002. After being a stay at home mother to four children, Val was looking for something that would provide her professional fulfillment but also that she would enjoy doing every day. She was always intrigued by the real estate market and felt this would be a natural fit!

Joyce has been a Staten Island resident since 1976, raising her family in Grasmere after moving from Manhattan. She acquired her sales person license in 1993 and her broker’s license in 1997. What she most enjoys about working in real estate sales is the challenge of bringing a homeowner and homebuyer together in price and the satisfaction in knowing that everyone leaves the closing table with a smile!
Karen has been involved in New York real estate since she purchased her first investment property over 10 years ago. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Kean University and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. My academic qualifications and my love for architecture and real estate has allowed me to merge my professional fields of study to bring a unique twist on buying a home. Christina Zarkos was born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and moved to Staten Island in 2002. She attended Pace University and graduated with a BBA in Marketing. She began her career in the Fashion Jewelry industry as Director Production Planning/Marketing Analyst for companies such as The Napier Co. and Jones Apparel Group. Here, she honed her marketing skills and analytical skills, developing her great attention to detail and strong work ethic.
In 2003, feeling a need to work closer to home, she went on to get her Real Estate Sales person’s and simultaneously working a as mortgage processor. Joe Torricelli was born and raised on Staten Island and has experienced the changes that have gone on in the borough over last 50 years first hand.
